KATHLEEN NIELSEN is a senior governance, risk, compliance, and human-resources professional with over 20 years of experience working with multinational corporations, for-purpose companies, and nonprofit organizations. With such industry leaders as GE Capital, Genstar, and Protostar, Kathleen developed policies and practices for compliance with FCPA, ITAR, and more. Her experience in mediation and facilitation enables her to operate across cultures, organizational levels, and corporate functions in the most complex environments. Kathleen earned an MPA from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Legal Studies from the University of California at Berkeley. She is a Certified Senior Professional of Human Resources by SHRM and HRCI.
